Test Management\Quality Assurance – I have implemented robust testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions while developing the overall test strategy and approach including test planning, test execution, reporting testing results, and defect management reporting and resolution. I have managed many test teams and allocated resources as needed in various test phases. I have created test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on design and functional requirements, working with business subject matter experts. I have reviewed testing and validated test results to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria.
